Our senior builder and director Vivian Purnell has been building since 1966 in and around Swansea with extensive experience on all aspects of building.

Chris Purnell managing director and project manager of Purnell Construction has been involved in the building industry since 1992 and has built up an impressive portfolio of work from bespoke extensions to Supermarkets, with all having the desirable finish that all clients necessitate for their home.

Chris also works closely with the design of each build giving the relevant knowledge and advice to oversee the most effective build, which incorporates unique floor layouts and room layouts to suit the individual home with bespoke interior design integrated in the kitchens and bathrooms and the overall design of the build flowing through the home.
